De Colores (스페인 민요)

 

이 노래는 스페인의 교인들을 태운 버스가 시골길을 지나고 있었는데

사람들은 서로 노래를 부르며 즐겁게 가고 있었다.

 

그런데 갑자기 천둥 번개를 동반한 폭풍우가 무섭게 몰아치자 

사람들은 무서워 노래도 중단하고 차를 농장앞에 세워 놓았다.

 곧 폭풍우가 지나가고 구름 사이로 햇볕이 비추자 사람들 중 한 사람이

농장에 있는 수탉을 보고 그의 아름다움과 농장주변의 모든 모습들이

새롭게 느껴지면서 하느님께 감사를 드리는 노래를 만들게 되었다.

 

데 꼴로레스란 본래 "The colors" 라는 뜻이지만 이 노래로 인하여

Rejoice 또는 Greeting 의 대명사로 자리를 잡았다.

이후 이곡은 많은사람들의 사랑을 받고 있다.
